CLRA negotiates collective agreements for the Industrial and Commercial sector of the construction industry on behalf of all unionized contractors. In matters of importance to the construction industry, such as jurisdictional disputes, illegal work stoppages, and grievance and arbitration proceedings, CLRA provides advice, assistance and representation. CLRA advises on matters of rights and obligations arising under collective agreements and can mobilize information and assistance from other employers and organizations.

Once received, your application will be brought before the Board of Directors at their next meeting and you will be notified.
